As I pull up to my new home, I’m in awe of the beauty before me. The charming Lock & Log, log home has been meticulously maintained, with manicured landscaping and welcoming brick pavers leading to the front porch that add a warm, inviting touch. I can already envision starting my mornings with a cup of coffee, gently swaying in a rocking chair as I take in the lovely views from the porch! Inside, I’m first greeted by an abundance of natural light, updated flooring, recessed lighting, and beautiful accent wood paneling that embraces the cozy log cabin aesthetic. The extra-tall ceilings make the space feel even more open and airy! The family room is spacious which will be perfect for hosting larger gatherings with ease. The kitchen and dining area feature tile flooring, wood cabinetry, matching white appliances, and ample counter space. I can't wait to whisk up a delicious meal for my family and friends! Down the hall are three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite is where I plan to unwind at the end of the day. It boasts updated flooring, a generously sized closet, and an en-suite bathroom with tile flooring, a vanity with plenty of storage, and a stall shower. The two additional bedrooms are roomy and offer sizable closets. Heading to the lower level, I’m thrilled to have a finished basement! It includes two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large living area. A gravity-feed oil stove adds warmth and coziness during the cooler months. This space will be perfect for hosting extended-stay guests or even creating a home office or hobby room....I love having options! There's also a generously sized storage area and laundry room, ideal for storing away seasonal items and extra belongings. Plus, the walk-out access to the backyard adds a big convenience! I can't forget to mention the spacious attached two-car garage and 10x16 shed. I love that I will be able to store my cars away from the elements and have a place to hang my tools and equipment! Outside in the backyard is where I plan to be all summer long. I am imagining building a patio and having many BBQs with my family and friends. The property backs up to the woods so the views are just so lovely!  Another reason why I love my new home so much is the location. Nearby is Nockamixon State Park, Fox Hollow Golf Club, Sweet Water Golf Course, Upper Perkiomen Valley Library Finland Road Park, and Green Lane park which offers boating, fishing and hiking! Also, there are tons of shops and restaurants all near Pennsburg that I am excited to explore! I have found my own slice of paradise and I can't wait to move in!
